Arkansas Wing Headquarters
2201 Crisp Drive, Little Rock, Arkansas

Course Preface: Every generation of cadets have said the #1 factor contributing to their success of their cadet experience has been the quality of adult leadership. Therefore, the importance of the TLC cannot be overstated. This course is to give you as an adult the knowledge of how to implement a successful cadet program and how to be a mentor of cadets. We want these cadets to grow and mature into future leaders of not only CAP, but their community, state and country.  Even if  you have completed the course before, everyone needs to take this new course. This course is required to earn your Master rating in the cadet specialty track. More information will be put out in reference to the intermediate and advanced course during this course.
